A10 Architects were appointed to carry out the warrant stage of the development after the design had been completed by Darren Glennie while employed at McLean Architects. The flat 17 flat development changed during the warrant process from being a residential development to be sold on the open market to housing association and the drawings and specification had to alter to meet the new requirements.
