2 No. New build detached houses on a large building plot on Glasgow southside. The proposal is to demolish the existing 1940’s detached house which sits on a large plot. The current property has been unmaintained for several years and it is proposed that the existing house is demolished and the site divided to allow 2 No. 4 bedroom detached house to be built. It is proposed to use a simple pallet of materials of stone, render and timber cladding with contemporary detailing.
